Please collect your clothing within 14 days.

All purchases are not refundable or exchangeable.

Reservation payment has to be at least 50% of the total due. 

Non-payment of balance after 14 days will result in cancellation of reservation, prior payment pay be offset against items of equal value or higher.

MTM consultation deposit redeemable before consultation only, and non-refundable thereafter.

We shall not be responsible for items not collected after 30 days after collection date stated.

To avoid significant changes to the fitting of your altered product, please wear the same bra when you come back for alteration collection.
