The dress I have purchased online does not fit me, can I request for a refund or exchange?

We are unable to refund any purchase as all sales are final. However, we are able to provide free alteration or size changes for your online purchase. In order to qualify for the alteration or size change, please contact us within 7 working days from the date of purchase from our online store. We highly recommend you to try on the purchases once you receive the delivery of your online purchase.

How can I pay for my purchases?

You can make payment for your purchase via either one of the following methods:

  • Bank transfer UOB CURRENT 3803117584 (bank code 7375 branch 068)
  • Paylah / Paynow
  • Pickup item and pay physically at our store at Wheelock outlet

Please provide us your payment details via email/ phone if you have chosen to make payment via bank transfer, paylah or paynow.

How to take care of my purchases?

Please dry clean your purchases as our dresses contain delicate details.

Can I reserve the item first on the website? I would like to drop by your store to tryout before purchase.

Yes, you may reserve the item on the store. In order to do so, please add the item to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout of the shopping cart. During the payment section, please select bank transfer, follow by up pickup at store option. Please note that we are only able to reserve the item for up to 3 working days.
